Description
FINALLY. A FULLY INKED, FULLY COLOURED OPTIMUS PRIME. I created it myself! Forgive the amateur colouring job, for thats what I am. An amateur. Digital art gave me a whole lot more to do at home.
Did I get anything wrong? I love Photoshop. Its an amazing tool. I take SO MUCH PRIDE in being able to post a coloured piece of mine. AND THIS IS THE FIRST OF MANY!

So far, it's pretty good. But like you said--your an amateur. I was too. Actually, I think I still am. But the important thing is that I've gotten better. And you will, too.
But you've got the hang of it. I suggest learning to use your layers effectively, and just keep looking at tutorial, one after another after another. Eventually you'll find your own style.
In tutorials, there's basically two forms of shading. Cell shading and Soft shading. And then there's everything in between. But those are the basics. Try them both. Look for things here on DA like "basic cell shading tutorial" and whatnot.
